With reference to your letter to Henderson
No. 53909/38 of the 14th June, I am writing to confirm
my telephone message of the 16th June that we agree to
your proposal to telegraph to the Governor of Hong Kong
that His Majesty's Government have no objection to the
motor torpedo boats in question being stored on land
pending their transmission by rail to Canton.
